Hosted by Tiffany Derry, the mastermind behind Roots Kitchen, and Mauricio Lopez, the resort’s award-winning Executive Chef, this special event series spans the July 4th weekend. Each day offers a unique experience, starting with a Beach Barbecue and Fireworks on Thursday, then a “Meet the Chefs” Cocktail Reception on Friday, and concluding with the South vs Sur Five-Course Dinner on Saturday.
