So splash your way to the edge of the Dolphin Pool, where Mio dishes up hand-crafted rolls, ceviches, and other raw bar specialties against a spectacular Sea of Cortez backdrop. Order a fresh cocktail at the swim-up bar, and you have the ingredients for a perfect afternoon in the sun. Tables are available for seating in the open-air dining room area.
