Perched above the resort with awe-inspiring views of the pool and the sea beyond, Talavera blends local heritage with modern technique. In the open kitchen, our chefs prepare dishes from all seven regions of Mexico, using ingredients sourced from nearby farms and fisheries. Water features, hand-blown luminaria, and indoor-outdoor seating combine for a rustic and stylish ambience.
